Great explore Frank, Sharon and Doug! Some people don’t understand how much work can go into a mine exploration, so it’s great that you showed this. All the research, locating the area, to then find out that it’s collapsed and you can’t get in! Great video guys, take care and stay safe.
I’m addicted to your videos; it’s the highlight of my week. That electric chainsaw looks mighty handy, and an improvement over the gasoline powered ones.
So Doug was determined to go mine exploring with you - good man! Points to Sharon doing a reccy and discovering the old wheel barrow. The tenacious, crazy mine explorers did it again. Thank you Sharon and Frank. Take care and be safe. 👍 👍❤❤
Sometimes you win and sometimes not. Interesting regardless! Your videos and commentary are really top quality, Frank and Sharon! And you go places that I don't see other explorers on RU-vid attempting to do. Please stay safe! Many thanks for your effort!! 😎
Thanks for all your efforts, and yea, sometimes you come up empty😢 but it's the "chase" that compels one. Sharon, goes in first..even with rat nests 💖. Rock On & 🍻!
Doug sure looked good on his first trip down! Frank and Sharon always leave me with sweaty hands. It wouldn't be right if you guys didn't scare the crap out of me! That wheel barrow was attacked by oxygen termites! LMAO!
Hi Frank & Sharon, a real shame that you so far haven't got into any of these mines but if you don't try then you will never know. I'm betting you will be able to shimmy in to one of the adits. Thank you for sharing, much love. xx 💖
Omg Frank kick me Arse man, my tablet took a poppie and i lost lost of my favorite Mental Folks i love, I'm so glad i found y'all again!! I hope u remember me.😄🤘🍻
Hello Frank hello Sharon Great pictures of your adventures .i think Sharon has a eye for this great footages. Well done . Take care stay healthy Greetings yours Frank Galetzka
No stone unturned, indeed! Nor adit unexcavated or timber uncut, cave unbraved or hole unmoled...I'd not deem that a failure, tho I know you'd prefer delving further given the lengths to which you go in order to locate these places. Amazing terrain! If I didn't know the extent of you all's combined skill & dedication I'd think much of it impassable. The drone's a game--changer for tracking these lost mines' telltale signs.
@@exploringabandonedmines Understood, & might kindly of you! Are u snowed in up there yet? Rainy & cold here, but nothing compared to yr weather. Our idea of cold is when dips down to 30's (fahrenheit) eves & only rises to 50's during day. Grew up w/4 distinct seasons & winter snow, but after 7 yrs in SoCal + 3 NorCal decades, I'd prob freeze to death in my own hometown now! Happy Holidays to you & Sharon!
G'Day Frank and Sharon from the land down under. Been a while since I watched one of your vids and just realised it's because youtube knocked out my all notification bell so I just hit it again so hopefully it'll stay this time. Sharon was so brave going into that rat infestation hole. Just a question, I noticed you coughing a bit, isn't breathing the air with those rats stench dangerous to health and how do you combat any possible sickness from it.. Cheers, now I look forward to catching up.
this is not the same "frank" of "exploring mines and unusual places", right? because i like this channel so much more, with all the climbing and longer unsnipped footage!
@@exploringabandonedmines So true! I have to say that stuff get OLD! I prefer straightforward exploration without the "ghost hype" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This FRANK is actually exploring mines.......repelling down shafts.......and getting deep into these mines.............while the "other Frank" is making sandwiches on the trunk of his 300K mile Toyota Corolla OR if you want to hear someone make a big deal out of a Screech Owl and call it "supernatural" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
WOW great country the climb must have been gruesome. LOL Sharon reported yea I'm not going in there. Leave no timbre or rock unturned way to go guys .. you gave it a great try.
@@exploringabandonedmines Wow...that's longer than I thought. I remember the episode when you showed a good sized "cut".."nick" in your rope.....but of course you went down ANYWAY. Love your shows....keep them coming.
I noticed that these mines are cleaned out of any kind of artifacts. Is that someone got in before you got there? Or when the mine closed it was taken out?
Hello Fella. Just love your video exploring different mines I just cannot get my head over the number of mines that are out their that are forgotten. Would you know how to find out the number of mines in Canada that stopped mining before 1900 would probably make it a lot easier for you to give me some accurate information. Thank you Frank for showing us things you will not see on the boob tube.
If they explored one abandoned mine per week just in British Columbia, it would take them over 34 years to do them all. Yes, I am a nerd and figured it out!
Frankisums 101: (updated) 1. "Its not that steep"....as he descends vertical 2. "Its a bit damp".....as water pours from the ceiling 3. "Its not that deep"......a 300 ft vertical shaft 4. "Your feet, when they're wet they're WET" 5. "Its mostly mental 6. "If you want phony ghost stuff, see Frank Hood"
Please get a camera with stabilization; it drives me crazy and makes the videos almost unwatchable. However, I watch them anyway because they are fantastic. Go Pros are perfect for stabilization.
Here's something for Sharon Rats? I Hate Rats! They drive me crazy. Crazy? I was Crazy Once. They Put me in a mine. The Mine had rats. Rats? I Hate Rats! They drive me crazy. Crazy? I was Crazy Once. They Put me in a mine. The Mine had rats. Rats? I Hate Rats! They drive me crazy. Crazy? I was Crazy Once. They Put me in a mine. The Mine had rats...................... 😁
Sharon brave not so brave when it comes to rats Frank you should make a rat repellent for her. Sharon great pictures did you work for a news paper or a magazine company.
Have you ever checked out "ghost town living" youtube Channel with the guy who now owns Cerro Gordo (in California) and all its mines? It would be awesome if you were able to make it out there. He would learn alot from you and theres so many unexplored mines over there.
