the reason why he said that is in Dutch we say numbers a bit weird like we say "vijfendertig" (vijf = 5, dertig = 30). like a hundred comes first, then the first digit, then the second one, i know it still confuses me to this day.

To elaborate, assuming that dutch is the same as german regarding this (which is very likely), numbers in german are read with the multiples of one before the multiples of ten. Eg. the number 278 would be read "Two-hundred Eight and Seventy". Of course, in english you would always say multiples of ten first, but sometimes the switching of the actual numbers 7 and 8 can be lost and the result is as in this video although the intention is correct.
