I am very excited to share this 10 Minute Upper Body and Core focused workout. It’s challenging and I really hope you have fun moving your body and enjoy the variety using the Pilates bar, brings to the exercises.
Anyone following this class does so at their own risk. It is your personal responsibility to work safely and within your own limits.

I'm so glad you said "what am I doing wrong" about creating tension on the straps. That's exactly what I was thinking. Good to know it can be challenging to figure out how to make it work.

Oh it’s definitely challenging… it’s taken me quite awhile to figure it out and even now I still struggle at times 😂😂😂

Loving this challenge so far and looking forward to finishing the rest. Would it be possible for you to make a video speaking on how pilates can aid in weight loss and of course strengthening? I'm on a weight loss journey and although I LOVE pilates bar workouts and it's one of my main workouts I do, I also sometimes feel like it isn't going to be the fastest route to reach my goals. Right now I do pilates bar and cardio on a stationary bike 1-2 times a week. I used to do much more "hardcore" workouts to achieve my goals but my body can't handle a lot of what I used to do without serious aches and pains. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks again for everything!

Loved this day 3. I had no idea this bar could be used for so many exercises but I’m thoroughly enjoying it! Thank you so much for taking the time to educate and motivate us. I appreciate you letting us know which muscles we should be engaging and where we should be feeling it at.

This one was rough....the tension in the straps was messing me up a bit in the beginning but I did it! onwards to day 4!

Day 4 incoming … a challenging one for balance … remember to breath, slow down the movement if needed. Enjoy 💪

It would be helpful if you could describe how you are holding the bar for each exercise as it’s not always easy to see. Also to explains the ‘pilates terms’ that aren’t obvious if you’ve not done pilates. An introductory video perhaps.

I found this hard . Twisting gee i am stiff and tight . The roll down was not easy but i completed . Had a rest and redid the whole set and couldnt do the roll down as what i hoped .
