Amen dude, for me each city had a specific tune and memory. Top 3 tracks are probably Roundabout Midnight, Sequal2Sub, and Electrified....okay and Timeshift and Elements of Trance.
I rememeber all the times i had to restart that race, and i did it not with this song playing but with Hurt You So by Jonny L playing, which is from Juiced, another great racing game!
The race against Maria in the highway brings memories. On top of that that highway race made me develop skills in avoiding cops throughout my years playing rockstar games like GTA San Andreas.
Yeah I know it one of the best racing games out there and a racing game where you have to use nitrous to win the game definitely with the world champion races all 6 of them unlike these new racing game that u don't really need to use nitrous when u can drafted people from behind and with the best soundtrack out there
Also this is available in playstation store for $9.99 from download and installation cause I have it on my PS3 as well with the original one that started it all midnight club street racing for the same price $9.99 just look for ps2 games for PS3 in PlayStation store
@@GugaAnd2001 It is the hardest race in the game. You'd have to restart that race a couple of times to get the perfect run. Cannot crash or screw up. Litteraly got to show your skills and track knowledge.

+Supersnow funny thing id discovered was if you turn off the music and audio and just leave the dialoge then when you go to run people over youll hear there commentary. someone has to make a montage of all the shit they say in that game XD. those were the days

I only actually played and finished this game for the first time this week, but I really wish I had this as a kid. The soundtrack is amazing and the challenge was great and the characters added so much personality and life to the game. Quickly become one of my favourite racers out there.
Okay, i'm gonna say this to you. Graphics don't mean shit if the gameplay isn't good, plus you can get an adapter to make the graphics a bit better and audio. Okay? Sheesh
They kinda tried with the latest NFS Unbound, but there was only 2 techno songs that carried a huge MC2 vibe. But unfortunately.. that's all there is. The rest is hip hop trap songs that all sound similar.
@@rlfpotatoking9253 I'd say NFS Unbound was worried more about diversity than what would fit the scene. The track for the cop chases were decent enough. Reminds me of a Hardstop Lucas sketch
