Believe it or not, my feet hurt if I see people wear flat shoes. The shape of my feet makes it impossible to wear flat shoes and sandals. I have to wear heels all the time to support my feet and keep the muscles around the tendons area relaxed. Wearing flat shoes put a lot of pressure on this area since there I have this natural arch. Still, bought flat sandals I thought were cute and wore them in summer with maxi dresses for change: Worst decision of my life!!! I had the worst pain imaginable and I simply couldn't walk properly for a month. I had to take pain killers for months, wear medical insoles with my shoes and have doctor appointments every now and then. Now, I just hate even to look at flat shoes and snickers. It gives me anxiety lol
