As a southern NH native I could give 2 possibilities to your derry experience. The 1st the reason he may have sounded farther away is that he was facing away when talking and the ecco off a near by building or tree line was bouncing it back. Giving the appearence of it coming farther away than they actually were. Second possibility is there was a 2nd person doing a loud stage wisper a good distance off or just out of sight. As for the language that wasn't quite like proper language. It could be a few combining factors. A foreign diolect when is being strained whispered will get a bit harder to hear clearly on its own. Then add something to abstruct it like some kind of face covering like a ski/halloween mask and it makes it worse. Any eccoing will further distort it. And lastly any kind of slurred speach from entoxification /drug idle state will make it down right make it impossible for non native speakers to tell what they are even speaking for a language. As for your mom not seeing anything. After realizing they were caught they left the scene as fast as they could. It doesn't take long for someone to get away when there is no immediate persuit. It may seem to isolated for people to just wander by, but people can travel a good distance on foot alone. Especially if they know the area.

Derry is a place Stephen King uses as a setting for his stories. The story that thinks their town is small, I'm living in a town so small there is NO stop light.

Is it just me that wishes swamp dweller would also record pleasant and sweet story telling sessions when the scary stories get too dark? He has a great reading voice so it’d be even nicer if there was an option for positive just plain engaging stories..again not that I don’t love the scary ones too bc I do!

A story from me: The monster in the creek. From Ethan. B Hi there swamp dweller! I’m new to this channel I wanted to share a story from my big sister when she was 11 yr It was 4:00am and she was in the entry of the creek, and she was going down into to the creek and she was going to the big log downstream to sit on. When she was walking there she heard a fate scream. She didn’t mine it so she kept going. When she got to the log she went to sit on it. And after a couple minutes, she heard walking right to her so she hid behind a tree. And after a couple seconds she saw a creature that was walking by the log. She described it her best, it was 7ft tall at least, it had a mouth with 420 teeth, and it did not look happy…. After is pasted the log after a minute or 2 she ran as fast as she can to the exit to the creek and while she was running she heard the creature runing towards her. She made it out last second, and the creature walked away. Thank you for reading this if you did!
Ever thought about talking to writers or Hollywood telling them what is scifi or what may be plausible or stories that may be true.yes you would have to get permission from the the stories teller 😮 but you do it the right way you can tell great stories and Great movies every one gets payed
To the person in story Three… this poor young man is in shock. Sometimes when people are traumatized of see something to horrifying it causes them to shut down and not speak. I believe his voice will return to him one day… it may take another traumatic event or it will simply return. I don’t know if his family believes in Jesus Christ or not but I suggest this…. The family speak to a true spirit filled, knowledgeable in spiritual warfare believer who also knows how to pray and TRUE BIBLE FASTING meet with him first to speak with him. Then this TRUE SPIRIT FILLED BELIEVER will begin fasting, praying and Fighting in the Spirit until what is keeping him from speaking is BROKEN by the Power and Authority of God. 😻🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
