You forgot Noble Willingham (August 31, 1931 - January 17, 2004). He played John Binford, the owner of Binford tools in 2 episodes in 1992. The character later died, prompting Tim "the Toolman" Taylor to have a disastrous 21-nail gun salute in his honor on Tool Time. Mr. Willingham was also noted for playing C.D. Parker in Walker Texas Ranger and General Taylor in Good Morning Vietnam.

The show ended 25 years ago in 1999, so as more time passes, the actors are getting older and some have passed away

You forgot Wendy who played Sue in the finale has died where she accidently hit Tim on the wild Tool Time with Morgan Wandel
