The Hines Villa at 2920 Lazy Lane Boulevard, is an architectural showstopper and masterpiece home of Houston legend and iconic global real estate developer, the late Gerald D. Hines. An impeccable taste for luxury, The Hines Villa is Italian palace meets a holiday in Tuscany.
To conceptualize the villa, Hines engaged world renowned, New York based Robert A.M. Stern Architects to design the 17,000 square foot estate, which was completed in 1992. The stunning end result is Adagio (Italian for ‘at a slow tempo.’) Adagio is an elegant residence characterized by a Tuscan style tiled roof, and includes spacious rooms that are thoughtfully designed and appointed.
