the inside is very french but outside it is a mixing of many architecture influence : mauresque, italian, greek and a bit french classical

If it did not sell at $29 mil, why do you think someone would pay $36 mil? It looks like a funeral home😂😂😂😅 Take a lesson from 120 Carnarvon, which sold at a reasonable price.
