He is Sikh and his ethnicity is Punjabi. He’s explaining about how their are not gonna be any Sikhs with their hair and beard and Turban if people become censor people’s freedom. This song is about the controversy he got have after making the song 'Jatti Jeona Morh Wargi’ a song empowering women but he compared female empowerment to a religious female warrior who led Sikh soldiers back in 1700, basically some sections of people felt Sidhu should stick to promoting gun culture and drugs violence etc and any religious commentary in his songs about Sikh holy warrior is offensive and should be off limits. He was booked by the police with a section 295 that he hurt religious sentiments. --- Sidhu felt his haters inflamed and deliberately whipped this up a frenzy to try bring him down. I think Sidhu meant well and dint mean any harm, but it's always a fine line when you bring references in religion as it can hold a different meaning to different people, depending on how religious you are.

We've lost a revolutionary artist and human being. Not only was he at the top of the list of authentic artists, he was an insane lyricist, incredibly courageous, too young, his music was enjoyed by different age groups, he stayed true to his roots . Most artists left India but he stayed to make it better and fight for justice. He also stayed true to himself and his sikh identity by proudly keeping his turban. What makes me most sad was that he was the only child of his parents and he was gruesomely murdered. He only gave us 20% and was about to blow up even more globally to a level the world probably hadn't seen yet. Its been a month but we are still grieving as though one of our family members have passed as he touched so many hearts. He wasn't just an artist, he was an emotion. Rest in Power Sidhu Moosewala.
