Nobody should have a waiting period placed on their acquisition of self-protection tools. On the flip side, clear cases of self-defense should not be taken to trial by jury if the evidence is indisputable. One reason I wasn't on board the gun ownership train (am now) and why I'm worried about having to use those tools is that I (or anybody who finds themselves in this hypothetical position) WILL be raked over the coals wherever possible. And self preservation forces us to consider if using the gun is a good or bad idea.

The interesting thing to me about the illegal with a firearm case was the reason he was arrested in Chicago for carrying a firearm was because he didn't have an LTC. This court case should've been about whether or not requiring a license for a right is constitutional. But they did a bait and switch and made it about him being an illegal alien and not the fact that when he actually applied for an LTC the city of Chicago told him to kick rocks but he could have all the welfare he wanted and even vote or run for office. And now apparently illegals can carry without an LTC? Maybe? IDK.🤷‍♂️

Buyer beware!! Ordered my set of plates and trauma pads on the 2nd of April. After doing many hours of research I ordered from Tacticon. They seemed reputable and knowledgeable. I still haven’t received them. USPS priority is garbage. So far no one knows where my order is. Called Tacticon and they basically told me if you didn’t ”buy the insurance” there’s nothing we can do for you. I receive packages from Europe and Asia without an issue. But I guess USPS priority shipping is a joke. Meanwhile I’m out the money I paid for this order. I didn’t take the insurance because I didn’t order ceramic plates. Figured they can’t break the ar600 steal plates. Needless to say I’ll never buy from Tacticon again. Customer service is garbage. They would even try on their end to find out from usps where the package is.

Illegal is the key word in "illegal immigrant." Everyone has a right to self preservation with a firearm. However, we take that right from criminals who pose a potential threat all the time; rightfully so. If some came here legally and they are a contributer to our society, rather than a burden or threat, and they obtained a firearm legally; then yes, they should be allowed to carry in a legal capacity. How a non-citizen can be sold a firearm here legally is another question. But in the end, an illegal immigrant is a crimina. Hence; "ILLEGAL!"

Right but we made civilization to secure and stablize the breeding of OUR people and those we choose as friends, not others. The god given right to defend yourself extends to not allowing those who may be untrustworthy to bear weapons and sneaking into a country is not exactly an action that ingenders trust. Therefore, we have the godgiven right to discriminate against those who jeopradize our safety in our own homes (the country) just as you would not allow someone who snuck into your actual house to carry a weapon, even if you should choose to aid them. This is a situation where that kind of trust is not only inappropriate, but promoting that kind of trust can have no other motivation than a sadistic one.
