I keep piling on Tacticon equipment. Great quality, American made, Veteran owned and aligns with my beliefs and ideas all at an affordable price. What else could I ask for?? I stand with you all in your stance with staying with California. I live in Chicago, I met my wife here, all my children were born here and I refuse to tuck tail and run without trying to fight for the place that I call home now.

I would like y’all to talk about the transition from a regular 9-5 job to being a business owner. How did you over come the fear of not having a steady income and what learning pains y’all learned in the beginning. Y’all are amazing keep doing what you’re doing!

I have really came to love tacticon and what it stands for. I have tons of tacticon gear and i ALWAYS reccommend your site and your products to friends. Yalls transparency and down to earth attiude is what makes tacticon stand out from the "big guys".

I have said for years that I want to leave Illinois and I can honestly say that y'all have swayed me. I disagree with literally everything happening but if everyone disagrees nothing will change. This is my home this will be my children's home I'm 26 and am just starting my collection. I can tell you you've earned my money for life.

So far I have bought a battle belt and backpack from you guys cause of your videos on your product and I have to say I very happy with both so far. Because of that I ordered myself for my 4th of July birthday a plate carrier and can’t wait to complete my setup with that. Sorry in advance I didn’t purchase any plates cause I already purchased them last year from another company when I thought the government was going to try to ban body armor purchases with the latest mass shootings. Man I am originally from CA myself. Was born in Chico and lived in Corning and Bakersfield before moving with my mom out to Tennessee where I’ve now been for 13 years. I am quickly falling for this company being you guys are funny as fuck and you guys produce a product that is both of good quality and super affordable. Picked up a battle torch V3 and one of the LPVOs with the prime day sale you guys have going on. I buy a lot of expensive gear for my rifles knowing damn well I will probably never ever need them. With that being said I can’t wait to compare the three rifle lights I’m gonna have between my streamlight my Cloud defensive and my tacticon

One thing I was saving until the next live stream you guys would do, was my family and I are very close to Sacramento, I was born in sacramento , the thing with the flash lights is I need a high candela light for the farm and home, I know my dad definitely needs a higher candela light than me since he’s working around the farms midnight to midnight usually. Is there anything that can be done about that? I love supporting my local veteran owned company since I have family in the military now. Just wanted to bring it up see if I can support further in the future. If that makes any sense. Love the podcast!

You guys being bold here reminds me of what Pastor Greg Laurie said about him not leaving California. Idk if you remember me commenting like a week or so ago about light & cost. I’ve been doing some reading & have a light on the way. I’m about to place a order quick as I get off work & will test & hopefully use. I’m aligned w/ your story of how & why you started the business. I don’t spend much on myself I work hard for every dollar & would rather take every dime I make & put towards my kids at least till they’re grown but w/current climate in this country I felt it was time to be prepared so I’ve started keeping a pistol near & invested in a ar & building a Ak that’s been setting in the closet. Loved the first episode of the podcast guys! Looking forward to the next episode. Btw, Just got my Firefly v5 Blue Light, and man is it amazing. Great brightness on the flashlight/strobe, laser is a crisp and clear brilliant blue, and its got a nice, tight lock on my Beretta 90-Two. Absolutely 100% satisfied. Only issue is now I need to find a holster that can fit my discontinued monster of a pistol... can't find one anywhere for it to compensate the light and laser. Gotta say, before strapping it to the gun, even my cat was satisfied with the laser ;p she chased it all over the place. I'll be grabbing more in the future for family members, thats for sure. Thanks again for the amazing products, and for making them actually affordable!

Loved it. A great look into just who the company is. As far as ideas go, I'd say there is an abundance of 2A legal coverage already. So I would minimize that unless it's a big deal or something you really need to talk about. To me your greatest selling point is that feeling of authenticity and down to earth in your videos. The other people always feel a little crazy or that their passion is in the paycheck. I'd probably just tune in even if it's to hear ya'll chat about the weeks events like a news thing. Fatherhood, or talking about the transition from veteran to civ could be a good topic. Perhaps a mail segment? have people write in for personal advise on whatever their going through. Either way, keep up the good work, and thanks for the prime sale!

But three years ago, through some volunteer help that he gave me. Jake Dines helped to save my life. I was struggling through some serious addictions and was at a very low point in my life. Jake took a lot of time out of his busy life to offer me friendship, support and kindness out of his heart to help be put my life back together and start to believe in myself. I was a very broken and emotionally hurt. He taught me to believe in myself again and taught me the building blocks to put my life back together again. Jake did all of this for two years. All the while running a business, being a good father and husband. Through Jakes help I am now the man that I always wanted to be. Two months ago I found out I have lung cancer and then 9 days later my beloved dog and best friend George died. He was 12 years old. I am now up in Lake County doing volunteer work at a homeless shelter before I moved to Iowa in two weeks. But before I leave I want everybody to know that Jake Dines helped safe my life. What are some products you are wanting to work on in the near future and what can your customers do to support your products outside of purchasing? This is great! Shootin the shit with the boys! I'd be interested in your growth story. I know you touched on it in this episode. Did you have a distribution contract with hi-point? Where did you first find footing to get your brand out there? I first found your preditor v1 optic because it was shipping on hi-point 995 carbines, and jumped to your website and have basically bought everything you've put out to date. And the first few I did speak directly to Jake when I had questions about products. Awesome products and by far the Best customer service I've ever had in the 2a space!

Great work on your first podcast episode! I may be poor but between me and Nolan, what's $25 gonna get me ;) Anyway some feedback: Background music, I would suggest for intro fade out and ending fade in. Ending, with most tactical companies they'll end with a slogan or some catchy phrase they got. Presentation, thumbnails! A headache with Photoshop and stuff but visuals help sell the cover of the content. Best examples I would point you towards are "Armed Scholar" or "Order of Man". Heard the part about your first trial with clothing, could you go more into the process of finding materials and how you found people or company to make your designs? Are you planning to team up with different content creators? Do you have any on your wish list? Episode title, title is what it is but it's got a more professional vibe as opposed to your shorts lol you don't need click bait but it helps. Great first episode again! Looking forward to more of y'all's content!
