edm already has been changed. this is just a very watered down version of what is out there. edm has gone a long way from mainstream edm you heard back in 2013.

Man oh man where do i begin, the production, lyricism, and overall aesthetic of 2 as a body of work is just so deep. He presented all of us with much more than an album, in my opinion. He gave us an experience, and guided us through the mind of 2hollis through banging beats and hooks I know I won't ever forget. AND 2HOLLIS IN THE VIDEO THO.....I mean shit, 2hollis might just be the goat of videography as well I don't know, I'm a big believer in 2hollis. I think he's trying to tell a story across his whole discography that we won't really understand until his career is long over.
He makes ego-symbolic lyricism over disoriented and chaotic beats into songs. He’s my underground sound & has tons of respect from me and he is submitting magnum opi in this blurry genre BUT we are in the depths of niche,. this album is if Kanye west remixed 808s & heartbreaks 300 times, not something new as much as it is well done and eclectic. The more musically talented Vaeo, for example. Vaeo only has so high a ceiling.
