Thanks very much for the easy to follow demo! I feel confident about replacing the webbing on my beloved Errol suite now. How much shorter should each strap be (unstretched) to give the right support when stretched to fit? I plan to use Pirelli rubber webbing.

What's the general rule of thumb when determining the cut lengths for correct tension? Can't find any information anywhere?

Great, very helpful video but can anyone tell me how you perforated the pirelli webbing? I can’t find a grommet tool and punch that will do a deep enough hole / set grommets with a “barrel” depth which will accommodate two layers of this webbing. I have also tried a hollow steel punch the kind where you hammer the punch to perforate, but it did not work well at all this webbing is hard to perforate! Any advice would be appreciated.
