Signal on the left: 3 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs, 1 pair of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs, a WCH mechanical bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs, 1 pair of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Leotek EV Series LEDs, a Safetran gate mechanism, an NEG LED gate light, and RECO LED gate lights.
This crossing is in a quiet zone. Trains do not usually blow their horns for this crossing.
I knew I025 was approaching and that it was likely going to meet E002 at Goodlettsville, so, once I shot E002 in Madison, I decided to head back to this crossing in downtown Nashville. After a little bit of waiting here, I was able to catch my sixth and final train of the day: CSX I025 with a pair of ES44AHs pulling on the head-end, and a third ES44AH working as the mid-train DPU.
Decided to head back here for a better video, as my one from 2021 of the bell here working wasn't the best due to being in a rush to set-up. Thankfully, the only change since my last visits here in 2021 was that the tip gate light on the closer signal was replaced. The WCH mechanical bell here is thankfully still around and sounding quite healthy, which is nice to see.
Apologies for the dirt on my lens in this video, I didn't notice it until I got home. I'll see about returning here in the nearish future for a better video.
