Hey, congratulations Amy! I didn't know you were expecting again. I did your workouts last year throughout my pregnancy every day and i always enjoyed it. I'm trying to lose the last 2-3 inches off my waist since the last few months, but I'm stuck with a mommy belly. Can you suggest anything?

Hi there, thought I could try to help as well, I have 3 babies 5, 3 and 1 and how I get rid of the mommy tummy is to first make sure I close the gap between my tranverse abdominis muscles that forms due to the extension of the belly. Getting these muscles back is the secret to getting rid of it. Otherwise if you do not close them you may develop a condition called diastasis recti that will give you a permanent mommy pouch. Should we be doing this several times? Like repeating the routine 2 or 3 times? Or just once?? Also does anyone do another workout after? I'm confused about the amount of workout I should be doing :/ before getting pregnant I used to workout for an hr or more, and now doing 20 minutes looks like a short workout, but feels well, since I don't want to over do it. Any advise? Thanks!!!!

I have been watching your videos and love the workouts but I agree that the music is too loud, I cannot hear you well over it and I like to hear the person so it feels like they are in the room coaching me. Please fix the volume on all your prenatal workouts.

joe shail likely 5 lbs each side , 5 is an uneven number you can’t have 2 different dumbbells on each side ..
