Money B from digital underground said he was sent the script for the part of Bishop but when he read it, him and everyone else said Pac would be better for the role cause he was more like Bishop.
I’ve never seen anyone call out Lord Jamar for saying that he was there but I respect him for owning up to the fact that he wasn’t before someone could even call him out publicly that’s real 💯
@@tupenny1331 he didn’t wanted to go viral for lying. That would have been the end is his career he didn’t come clean because he was a honorable man. he knew he was eventually going to get caught
@@NYScott-mj6uo he told this story on VladTV *7 years ago* lol Art is late to the game. I’ll have to rewatch it, but if I recall correct he said “Brand Nubian was there” or “we was there” and Vlad made the title seem like he was personally watching it go down
@@joojoobaw Jamal is the quintessential snake oil salesman if they are paying he’s . this is probably his last payed podcast interview sitting on he people’s couch in booty shorts jjusta fabricating, plagiarizing, and lying is asz off
The time line Jamar speaks of is way off Pac wrote Brenda while filming Juice and Shock G RIP and Money B talks about Pac being ready on several occasions when he was with the underground hammers involved and everything so this notion that dude was some cake azz mafuka before he played Bishop is so disrespectful
@@nicstone3141Pac was humble and loved without conditions…they view that as weak…however, he also had a parallel level of rage to balance it all out…media always tried to show only one side of him but we all know how that works…
@@WeezyApologistBC I’m sure it didn’t happen. I believe he’s cappin on this. He even says he wasn’t there to see it. You don’t spit on a cop and not get your ass whooped and arrested over it.
@carlos_sosaa 2pac was living recklessly exactly why he did not live long. Messed with a real gangbanger and the rest history. Truth whether you a fan or not.
And they always question Pacs gangsta smh. 99% of these gangsta rappers wouldn't dare do anything to a police officer, even if they had all their friends with them.
His legacy is going to live forever!!! It seems 2024 has been a resurgence for 2pac!!! (Even though he was talked about in the past it seems this year he is talked about even more!!!)Everyday we hear something about king 2pac whether someone is wearing a 2pac shirt or someone mention's him wow his legacy will live on!!!
It was after 2Pac got set up & shot at the NY studio, thats when 2pac got way more militant with that against all odds energy, if you know you know. Also the director for juice had a interview on vulture vlad & he got asked that same question & his answer was that 2Pac was the same BEFORE JUICE & AFTER JUICE and that is a person that really knew 2Pacs personality, that narrative seems to stem from not Lord Jamar but certain NY industry people that didn't really know him & the industry people that didn't like him deep down. ART YOU NEED TO GET THE DIRECTOR FOR JUICE ON FOR A INTERVIEW SO THIS NARRATIVE CAN GET PUT TO BED !!!!
@@jadendegraphenreed8848The incident where Tupac shot at 2 undercover cops in Atlanta was before he was set up in New York. The police brutality case where Pac won a lawsuit was before too. Tupac was always a real one. The thing that changed after the set up is that Tupac started beefing with rappers
The problem with the optics or Pac is that he was only solidified by the industry, and fans not from urban areas. There was no hood Pac could survive in. Never whooped on a gangster until his demise.
@@rustyjames5000 "there was no hood Pac" wth are you talking about??? Folk in NYC didn't really fuck with him but the "hood" in California and the South did. Jesus, People make up anything lmao
Pac was also getting more money, recognition and more established. He was also in his early 20s. My time pre boot camp and after boot camp, I was different. With more knowledge comes change.
Exactly.. So tired of this narrative. Rap was evolving, style was evolving and he was one of the trendsetters. As far as DR, he went overboard to show his loyalty but he was no different. One thing I always noticed with him is he had many personalities/opinions and they would come out differently with different people. On the set of Gridlockd that interview was very introspective. At DR he was wild. The entire time he was himself but he was many things, like most of us. He even said it, I have to dumb down to get people with me and then we can move to what what I want to do (something to that effect)
I’m not even gonna lie, I feel as though Pac became more business oriented after Juice, if anything. The pre Juice Tupac was a terrorist, lol. That dude went off on Politicians and Cops in a very explicit tone. His first album was the most controversial of all.😅
People always push the narrative that he got wild after Juice or Deathrow. Which is bs if you watch interviews from guys that were around him, DU, Treach, Shock G. They all the same things. ‘Pac was always like that.
So he already admit lying on a dead man, then tells more stories about him, Prolly all lies, like.. You shouldn't even be yappin if you WAS there.. This dude a grade A.. ima leave it
I would say Tupac got more rebellious after that incident with the police where they messed up his face. Then being accused of touching the lady and being accused of being touched in jail. That’s all enough to make someone crash out
Back in those days I didn’t know Pac but i knew the actor of Juice who terrifies everyone in that movie and i watch Janet Jackson with a actor who was a mailman and than a good friend brought me the Album me against the world 🌎🤦🏾♂️ omg i knew from then this man is special 💯🫶🏾🇨🇼🙏🏾🇨🇴
Pacs style didnt change until the matw album! Pacs 1st 2 albums were mostly militant mixed with some street & party themes. Matw album was more street mixed with party themes. Aeom was basically a commercial album. The makaveli album is where pac went back to sounding like his 1st 2 albums but with a lil bit more of the street theme.
That is really refreshing to hear LJ admiting he wasnt there. When he said „i will keep it 1000” I was sure there is some lie comming. 100 is just good enough for the truth. And then he didnt. Rspkt.
I could get with the whole "Tupac wasn't really like that and was simply playing a role" narrative, had not multiple people close to him before he even "made it" spoke on his demeanor and mindset confirming that Tupac was always passionate, loyal and fearless. He was literally raised by high ranking members of the Black Panther party and was taught how to handle guns since he was a child! This is the person they claimed shot himself during the robbery at Quad studios! 😂 They love to run with the narrative that Tupac was fake because he was gifted, articulate, intelligent and went to a performing arts school the same Tupac whose Black Panther Mother, represented not only herself but other members as well in court and got ALL of their charges dropped?!? Of course, he was intelligent!! Meanwhile, Biggies Mother who was a nurse came out and said that Biggie never lived in a one room shack, etc. and grew up pretty good but everybody believes he was a Big time drug dealer and all of his raps were true...make it make sense. R.I.P the G.O.A.T 💪🏾
He Shot His Own Creditability when it comes to TUPAC or anything He says , He Mixes Truth with Lies - when U Speak on TUPAC , U have to Come Right Every Time
This man Mr. Shakur, was a very unstable person. Almost everywhere he went there was chaos and unnecessary conflict. Mr. Shakur had trouble finding peace apparently.
Lord Jamar the type of dude to tell a story about something crazy that happened to him, but he's just telling you your own story back to you. "Bruh, that didn't happen to you, that was my story I told you!"
I remember hearing about the limo driver story. From what I remember, the limo driver had an issue with Tupac blazing up some weed in the car (as the driver should when you think about it). Pac caught an attitude back about it and beat dude up.
And y’all wondering why Tupac got dealt with by Orlando Anderson? It was bound to happen. Tupac was disrespectful on a level that was unnecessary and was bound to come back on him.
@@nickatnite16 it’s true tho. If he had kept his hands to himself, Orlando Anderson wouldn’t have done what he did. He was very talented guy, but you can’t go around not thinking about what the other guy may do if you wanna play tough guy.
Pac didn't change, he just adapted to the way the culture of rap and the industry was heading. He evolved, not changed. Pac was real. Some people just dont want to see others evolve, they just want you to stay at a certain level to keep you under their thumbs.
@@NoneofYabiz-rx3zi he had to do what he had to do to reach the strong part of the black community. He successfully reached them even if he adopted the thug mentality
Tupac was a legend, his talented abilities made him adapt to the enviroment, so if hard rap sells, then he simply used that to sell records. However, even his music after Juice was done to perfection and contained messages and reality that no other rapper has achieved since then.
Mutah & money B & his cousin LeSane and brother mopreme will tell you who pac really was ... he was everything in one .. gentlemen, gangsta , real , emotional, rapper , actor .. FEARLESS
Hiphop was is and always will be at a foundational level at the core NY blacks and Ricans United. Anyone saying otherwise is dazed and confused... watch them 80's movies how there were blacks and Ricans in them movies like beat street and breakin. That's hiphop golden era. Not to mention the Ricans in the mid 70's. It took hiphop two decades to be created and taken to a worldwide level... and Ricans were there in perpetual creation.... it opened up to a bigger demographic... Universal truth And hiphop continues to be created because it continues to evolve.. to evolve is to continue to be created
