They don’t report everything. I have heard a prison guard say they look the other way when they see attacks on prisoners. A lot of those guards are more crooked than the inmates. However, I still don’t believe this happened to Pac. People are always lying and making up stories.

I'm not saying it happened, and i hope it didn't, but prisons make their own rules. I have never been, and I know for a fact they do. The way he disrespected law enforcement and others, if it did happen, do you really think they would've reported it or let the doctors make note of it so he could sue? Whatever you see about prison in the movies is 100 times worse. Its not made up. Someone told their experience.
