It's a different weapon spawning system than regular matchmaking. Basically the weapons drop at the same time every X minutes (for most weapons it's 2 minutes). So sniper spawns at 1:11, 3:11, 5:11, 7:11 etc. regardless of when it's picked up.
As a PC / Xbox player that desperately wants to be better at Halo, I don't even understand how someone could be this good with a controller. I didn't even know it was possible. This is....inspiring, to say the least.
If you have some friends who play this playlist too and all of you know the callouts of the MLG maps (easy to find on youtube) you can become pretty good. Doing good callouts, right positioning and controll of the power weapons, knowing the spawns of players, weapons and custom powerups (and the time of them) is very important in MLG. More important than good aim i think.

Ninja is one of the best 1v1 players on the circuit, but his shot isn't very consistent. Online, he is a highlight reel, but in tournament that usually translates to overconfidence. Still, one of the best streams to watch, and the king of 1v1.
Granted I'm not trying to say Ninja isn't talented...I am saying however, the Reach sniper and its no-scope mechanics are much easier than past Halo's as there is a high range of bullet magnetism. So, its hard for me to be impressed by Reach gameplay...however I'm always impressed by putting the Sudds in their place! :) Good luck to you Tripplehealicks as you grow more accustomed to the controller! -TYPO
Very true. I can't count the times I've been embarassed or choked on a clip because of terrible latency/upstream bandwidth. That wasn't the best example to pull out, I suppose.

I just want to hear Ninja's teammate's mic - I don't know how he can play at this level with Ninja, I would be laughing my fucking ass off and not be able to concentrate!
Funny you say that, because I stumbled into it over the weekend and it was challenging, yet still fun. No one quit the game and I didn't have to worry about my team killing our own vehicles. I really wanna play Halo for the BTB, but god it's really not enjoyable.
