Burke is not a control freak, he really loved Christina for everything she was... 💔 this is why he broke up with her in the end, he realised she will never be happy by being with him. In fact, I believe Christina is the type of person that could never be truly happy by anyone's side, she needs to not be in a relationship in order to be herself and be happy.
