Dr. Baily is being really sexist here (and inappropriately judgy). She seems to be throwing out the men because she is afraid they might enjoy it and initially assuming the women won't. Izzy's grin and Merideth's comment tells her how wrong he was and they get tossed out too. Does that mean she would prefer them to be uncomfortable with it like she is? They seem to be allowed to stay in the room if she thinks they are uncomfortable and they have to leave if it doesn't bother them/they might like it (really should be the reverse!) if she found them to be distracted that would be an issue, but she is the one who stops rounds not them! A doctor ought to know that there is nothing wrong or abnormal about showing an interest in sex. She also seems more concerned with the porn then the patient in pain and allergic to most to all pain meds. This scene also seems to embrace "antisex - feminism" which I always found really dumb.
She asked to people to leave after an inappropriate comment, just happened to be the men first and the girls were the last ones. Also, men "show" arousal. You're overthinking a bit.
Dude chill it's a show she throwed everyone out it's a hospital their are kids their ,someone loved one is dying this is not a appropriate place to watch porn its not that the patient watching porn is in a private room it's just curtains .This has nothing to do with anti or feminism.JUST WATCH THE DAMM SHOW.
