@Bernie Sanders Yes, we are. In this case, race is the same as species. And Bailey's phrase "The stupidity of the human race" is also one of my favourite lines and a great truth.
Caroline Rose hey!!! The actor's name is Michael Matthys ! He's a friend of mine. I actually cast him in a short film I produced. He's a really nice guy and a very great actor! I've seen him do theater here in LA too. But he's super unassuming and reserved. Not at all like this character... but for some reason he can play bad guys really well.
Watching this to end, then watching it again knowing who the "Nazi" is was priceless. That actor really solid the performance when he heard who he'd been looking for all day. And for the sorry character he had to play, the guy was in a hospital for at least 12 hours but never put 2-and-2 together? "The stupidity of the human race."
In his defence, the nickname 'Nazi' is misleading af! Hahaha the first time I heard it I thought it would be for a German male doctor with Hitler's tendencies!
P. Not defending him because he’s sexist but to be fair they also talk about the nazi’s ba*** bring as big as Texas is also kind of misleading. Yes they’re metaphorical ba*** it’s jus means the person has courage/badass but it could also misleading
I cannot agree with you any more! I mean it's good now too but the fiesty stuff is just no more! More about relationships and love. I miss this Grey's Anatomy soo much!
You forget that Meredith was equally capable of giving the Chief the shits when she needed to and also capable of getting away with it. Not to mention Addison. The Chief just got so used to being bossed around by women he doesn't know how to react any different.
I just realized Bailey and Callie was resident but doing surgeries by themselves and when the others got to be residents they had to suck to attending win competition and never do surgery by themselves except for Cristina
Actually in this timeframe Bailey and Callie were in their 4th year and capable...when Christina and everyone was fighting for solo surgery they were only in their second year
@@pratyushpavansaikia8161 oh yeah tf, I never even questioned that ??? Like she was definitely a resident not an attending but she acted and was treated like an attending
I think she changed because her relationship with the interns evolved. At first she had to teach them everything, like a mother, so she was more strict. But as they grew up, became better surgeons, she didn't have to be so tough on them anymore
Coincidentally, Dr. Kent's speech to Dr. Bailey has a similar tone to her first speech to the MAGIC interns LOL. (i.e. "don't bother sucking up, I already hate you, that's not gonna change...")
"Happy Thanksgiving." BOOM! Drop the mic and exit stage right for the undisputed win as the elevator closes. That's the Miranda Bailey I fell in love with!
I like how Bailey's on Richard's case because he doesn't give Adele enough time and is constantly holed up in the hospital....... Yet she's doing the exact same thing with Tucker
one of my favourite things about bailey, is she can be a total hard ass one minute and in the next, she is super sweet to her patients, mainly children
