Well coordinated, choreographed. I was instructed not to completely close the step, leaving a fist width for stability. As an old guy I appreciate the extra balance. Also I like to put a little extra opening /closing of kua into the practice. Thanks for your careful presentation.

Hi Andrew, I am in a yang style tai chi class twice a week in mesquite, nv. I have been having problems with waving clouds as a moving mediation. Your video is great. I like the hints you give and your video has helped me so much. Thanks again. Bill
