The living areas of this house are wonderfully immaculate (except that corner of water? damage of the kitchen ceiling above the salamander) and seem move-in ready! Sooo much land... maybe I'd grow grain for straw as well as my veg patch.

These 2 properties looks like a micro craft village. I see little craft shops selling handmade soaps and candles, another wood carvings, goat cheeses, etc. Add a special yoga getaway for groups. The only thing is your only clients would be your yoga guests. But the other house isn't part of the sale and is extra?😮 Maybe if they get the paperwork fixed?😮 Sorry I enjoy the tours,👍 I understand the properties were split by inheritance 🤔 But it does seem as a bit of a money grab 🤔 aimed at foreigners who don't know any better.😵‍💫😱💰 There's a phrase in Mexico: "esto guey solo ves gente con signaes de peso" 💲 I'm not sure how to say it in Portuguese. I believe in free market and the families have the right to put any price they want. I do believe the estate agents should consult with their clients based off local markets. Not perhaps pricing from other more expensive regions. 😊 Portugal is such a beautiful country and there are multiple reasons why so many foreigners want to make it their homes.

I've looked at this one before as a good price for the house but was put off by the other houses around it. It would be better if the last house was ready for sale as I presume it has right of way through the drive which I would not want. Plenty of land around it to create a new access. so current drive would be private.

This will possible only sell once the other ruin becomes available for sale. Who in their right mind would buy these two houses and have a stranger living inside your gated property ? This is just my opinion. Nick as well in my opinion i see you wasting your time on some of these properties after Paula left that are going to be very difficult to sell. Dont take this wrong, i hope i am assisting by giving you some outside observation. I have watched tons of these videos to be able to give an opinion. I spend about at least an hour a day for the past year.
