@@destino2portugal God bless them, they have virtually gifted a beautiful property to the buyer. But the factual thing is that residing in such remote places after a particular age can be very cumbersome. You become totally dependent on the servants, to maintain such big properties. You can't be driving to the town area for every little thing you need. Let them live long healthy and happy for many more decades to come. 🙏.
Would it be possible to raze the barn to the ground? There are too many buildings to land ratio especially for Portugal and for someone who doesn't want any business or projects, its a very daunting thing to see each day!!
That’s on the cheap side for all it includes. Where I live, also in Portugal, this types of houses go for at least 400k. Just the pavement for the car drive is worth at least 5k in materials.
Very nice property nick big enough for my family i would like to know some things i will have dogs so the garden part will have to b fenced internet and tellephone its ok as told by Gloria and pleasei would also like if there be any anual rates fot the propertyi would like a reply if it still available Thanks Anthony

What a dream, opportunity this is just like you Nick that was always a dream of mine but the son has no intentions of being a dad in this world so it looks like I’d only need a 2 housed hamlet I suppose I could always rent the other 5 home out as an income now I just need the money to buy and rebuild the hamlet erm I need @ bank with good getaway routes around it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bom dia Martin! I understand your sons way of thinking, I do wonder whats in store for future generations, but the time spent with my grandkids is the greatest gift on earth. Have you considered setting up a company and standing for parliament? Seems like that's a great money making scam with no consequences 🤣
