I don't know why most Indian architects use lights at almost every area of house and it's golden wherever you go it gives more of a hotel vibe than a house vibe
They do it to make the house look prettier than it actually is. This one was probably desgine by a civil engineer, not an architect. A properly designed home will look beautiful without artificial lights.
They just copy hotel look and give it a jazzy look for showoff most of these houses are located at a weird location.. There are No metros No connectivity, shops etc nearby. If you buy house in the mountains how will you even go to the work.
I will be buying a house within next 6-7 years period. Just got a good paying job. Hope such similar property remains available when I will be looking for home with similar cost by then. Maybe can afford in next 6 years time.
But how will you go to the work if you live there?.. There is no connectivity, No shops, metro,No hospitals, even internet doesn't work properly in the mountains, You will go mad in this house.
Beautiful scenario around.. I like it.. Seems to be a good place to spend ur weekend.. Faraway 4m d crowded city.. A simple home Sourounded by nature.. Beautiful view outside

Jokes apart…3.5 crore is not justified with the current interior its way more less might be land value no idea… but construction would not cost more than 1.5 cr including interior not really impress looks so remote as well…

I don't understand why people spend crores of rupees on houses. It's better to build small house and plant more native indian trees which is good for the people and environment. It's purely my opinion.
Flats aren't as costly as independent houses. Land value of this place might be too low but if you build the same home with proper interiors and proper land area in City then your project costs will surely be 10times more compared to this house which is in some remote location.
No doubt the house is beautiful, but definitely not worth 3.5cr... Bedrooms and bathrooms are not spacious enough, dining area is congested, interior decoration is not up to the mark, no office area or separate drawing room. Even the balconies are small. The good part is, the outer garden area is quite large, location is somewhat not bad, scenario around the house is nice.
