Mumbai is the only city where builders construct some crappy looking structure in a shabby location and call it a bungalow or penthouse or duplex and also manage to sell it for a price higher than that of properties in developed nations!!

This Bungalow is part of the Stellar Tower Building Society going for redevelopment. Lot of issues with conveyance.... and Court cases in progress. Bungalow owners don't want to exchange their Bungalows for a Flat in the redeveloped Building... Why would they? However, the Builders need the large land parcel (that includes the Bungalow land) Hence there are many people selling Bungalows in Stellar, Magnum, Brighton and Sheffield Tower. Just keep this in mind before you buy. The local Brokers will lie through their teeth and deny this.... Do your own due diligence.

Price worth it 👍 its a beautiful bungalow. Very well utilisation of space. I have seen many expensive bungalows in mumbai- all hyped and over priced… but this is just a masterpiece
