When I saw the video I really liked the place, I mean a condo duplex at that price is simply great value. But I checked the condo up on google maps and it is quite disappointing to know that the renovations for the rooms are not near complete and the owners living there are complaining of the noise it makes every day…maybe I’ll consider it once Reno is done

A note to the people that furnish these residences. When you include a table that drops down inches or is inches thick. You can't use an off the shelf monitor arm to use 2 or more computer monitors. You could use desk space, but that's not the best way to do it.
That apartment is not worth $60K. That is like the size of a hotel room. Y'all keep ripping foreigners of their hard earn money. A Thai citizen would not pay that amount of money for an apartment that looks like a cubicle. This is Bangkok, and not London or New York.
They are investing in content to showcase nice homes and offering services to help foreigners buy. They are entrepreneurs in it to make money. Of course the advertised price is higher than usual but it is negotiable as with everything.
Should be a law that condos have to be at least 35 sq meters. We lived one that size for over 5 years in Bangna. That nearly drove me mad in the end, anything less would be unbearable long term

i like the style of this unit, tho as always its overpriced, i would say its only 15% overpriced instead of the 20% that has been the norm for the past few years. maybe sellers are realizing they have been asking just a bit too much. lets hope.

It’s like 40 stops from the downtown center, for example, the IKEA and all the bars and clubs. You can’t even see the Bangkok city from the top of the buildings from here. What is this, like 40 miles away from Bangkok Center ? What are you supposed to do for entertainment? You’re just going to get bored.😢
100 grand lots of money ? People are paying that to buy a Tesla car . This is an actual 1 bedroom apartment that feels very spacious for the size of the place . The usage of space is very cleaver and the vaulted ceiling is downright lavish . The quality looks good and monthly management fees dirt cheap . I can imagine using the facilities would be like staying in a 5 star resort. It is a short walk to MRT and 12 stations to the centre of all the action . Yes it’s in the suburbs but can you imagine the cost if it was in the centre of the city ? If a hundred grand is all you can afford this would make a fabulous investment That area may not be for you and frankly I would pay a lot more and buy in the centre of the city but this will be perfect for many people.
