3 battery connect to series and parallel connection

Me I have 4 batteries, 1. Stock, 2. Range, 3. 12v speed 4. 8v speed. Connection, parrarel the stock battery to the range, then series the 12v and 8v, then series again to stock and range battery. Total volts 62v and my controller is V3.0 m365. All batteries still can handle. I just sharing my setup, thank you. Note I using stock motor, throttle and dash board as well. Thank you.

12v battery can run faster than the 42v ? Or it just adds more voltage to the stock batteries and external batteries?

Do you have a bms for the extra 3s battery pack? Otherwise how man it be safe?
