If I was able to buy a home in Florida there's something this magnificently put together it would have to have a special swimming pool protected from the alligators I've heard a lot about that I'm disabled even though this home is dressed up like like you mentioned I've seen a lot of pretty mansions I've even walked through a couple of different mentions but the stigmatism of my brain would be to have somebody train me to live even in the house as beautiful as this let alone a mansion I mean I come from a poor family so if I ever hit that lucky number lottery that's what I think I want to do move into my own house and live the rest of my life and peace and comfort thank you for sharing
At 4100 sq ft I wouldn't consider it a mansion by any stretch of the word, simply a larger house. A mansion would be 8,000+. But I guess it's all in what you're used to seeing.
Wait til after this coming crash. My brother bought house (a bit smaller than that) in 2009 after the crash for about $80,000. Before that crash the price was in the $300,000 range. The house was in Port Saint Lucie in a 55+ community and on a lake like that one.
I love that house! It is gorgeous! However, I would need a fence around the backyard by the lake. I would not want an alligator give us a visit and I didn't know about it.
This is what they call the show House everything is staged most likely you will not get anyting in this house unless you upgrade..If you want them appliances and them cabinets that will be another $30,000.. do you want them tiled floors throughout the house that will be another $20,000 to upgrade the bathrooms to look like that that will be another $25,000 and then anytime you live near the water you will have mosquito problems so bad you will not be able to sit outside at night.. well there be alligators and snakes in the water depending on the area I would say definitely.. the way they have that house setup you're looking at probably over $1 Million dollars..💰💰💰🥂..Been there done that moved two times already..📸
El que puede puede también pagar para poder limpiar. A los 55+ es muy grande. Ya con los hijos y nietos viviendo aparte.. Hermosa Dios se la permita gozar al que la compre..
I probably going to be the odd one out but I didn’t like the property. The little lake behind the house offers a great view but my mind automatically goes to alligators! Also given it’s southern Florida where is the pool? The house seemed a little too sleek and shiny for my liking. I prefer cosier with a nice traditional fireplace.
I’ve lived in Florida for 40 years and no one I know or ever heard of a gator in the pool. Yes it happens, but it’s rare. The internet makes the rare things seem like an everyday occurrence. It’s just perception.
My biggest concern would be a golf ball comes flying through the master bedroom window while I’m sleeping. After some duffer slices his shot on the fairway,
I just moved to Allen, TX (north of Dallas) and live in 55+ community. New 55+ communities are not cheap anymore, my house is a 2Br plus Office is $650K. You get what you pay for.
At 55 plus you downsize your kids are grown up and you go with a smaller house why would somebody want a house with over 4,000 square foot.. your bills will be three times higher your taxes will be high..I'm sure that neighborhood is an "HOA community" just to keep everything looking perfect I'm sure that will cost you $800 a month.. and then when you get in your late 60's are you going to hire a maid to clean that big house..Most people go with under 2,000 square feet in a two-car garage.. to have somebody do your landscaping and cut your grass at this house probably over $100 to $150 a month, Pest Control inside and out about $150 a month the days of living in Florida are no longer cheap because everybody's moving here..😎😏🥂..Good luck hope you have a lot of money..💰💰🤦♂️🤦♀️
I was thinking the same. But if you're used to living in a 6,000 sq ft home or larger, 4,000 is a down size. Personally I would downsize to about 1,500 sq ft or smaller. But I know a number of people for which 4,000 would be a down size. I know one guy worked as an exec for Purina and bought a $1.5 Million home for his retirement 8 years ago. We live in south Denver metro. Prices here are insane, so seeing a new home at $800k+ base price is normal around here. Heck, even 1500 sq ft homes are fetching $600k new. People are snatching them up. I'm simply shooting for the fact that by the time I decide to retire and sell my current home, I can pick my location and pay all cash when I downsize.
Beautiful. I would like it even better in AZ Lived in Fl 16 and hated it Hoopla hurricane season they drive like crazy ppl And no southern hospitality The humidity is so bad in summer i never went out.
I live in a 10, 000 square mansion, I wish I could keep mine this clean lol but it stays pretty clean because alot of the rooms you don't even go in everyday. I wouldn't want water in my backyard we have a golf course in our's, I would be afraid of alligators even with the fence around the pool.
Beautiful in general. Lux colour as dark brown doors and furniture, glasses need be see from inside not outside. Less pictures on walls special in bathrooms as moisture areas. No fans celling inside. Too many steel lights Deco?
That's a great question, the model home is eventually sold furnished. However this is a model home showing you what you can have built. Built homes are delivered unfurnished. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴
Yes I have RU-vid on my 55-in screen and bypassed this home until I'm actually ready to give it a good look I can't see anything on my phone screen the only difference I can only text on my phone and I don't know how to text on my TV soon as you have to show me but thank you for sharing

why use high gloss tile floors with 'slippery' warnings for 55+ aged people? Beautiful home, too big for me and of course the price tag is way too big for my retirement income.
Nice house, but the hall and other closets have wire shelves, for over $700,000 you could have put built in. And in that beautiful laundry room, there’s no place to hang clothes up that aren’t suppose to be dried! And as someone already states, extra slippery floors for a senior community???
What a churlish thing to say…. ! I suppose the garage wouldn’t be big enough for your fleet of Bentley’s and, heaven knows, the front door is far too narrow for you to squeeze your head through. I hope the New Owners will be very happy there.
@@WildlifeObsessed I stated what was clearly a personal opinion… first, complimenting the property as “gorgeous”… You chose to hurl insults in a reply. I’m not certain I’m the one who is “churlish” here.
