Hope i find you well i need advice i came on skilled worker visa and im hiv positive on arrival went to the gp they changed the regiment of medications i was on in my country to the one they use here sitting that the one i was using in my country is outdated n can cause drug resistance, now the visa i came on has been cancelled because the company that brought me lost their licence to operate the office wants me to leave in a months time but to go back to the same medication i was on will further implicate my health can i seek to remain in the country on this bases?

I am a coloured South African . For years, my sons and myself have been trying to get jobs and/or bursaries to study but to no avail. South Africa bases employment opportunities on a quota system called Black economic empowerment (BEE) based on race. Recently, the laws have been changed which discriminates directly towards coloured people making an already difficult situation even harder for us. Would this make is eligible for Asylum?

She has recourse of lodging a Police complaint in her home country. Has she done that? Is there proof? If Police have not acted to protect her, she should approach the Court of Law. Seeking asylum is not the answer & the chances of approval look very slim or rather not at all.

what about chinese indonesians? back in 1998, native indonesians beat the shit out of us, then in 2017 they jailed chinese indonesian governor candidate for blasphemy. Even today, i feel they are becoming a lot less tolerant than before. I am Chinese indonesian and agnostic, so i get a lot of discrimination for my religion and my ethnicity. the indonesian govt at some point tried to get rid of us chindos and tried to deport us en masse in the 60s. is that a plausible cause for asylum ?
