This video, written and directed by Professor Michele Pistone, Villanova University, is part of a series of videos about how to provide legal representation to an asylum seeker/refugee client. Here, the client is going to appear in a removal hearing before a US immigration court. The lawyers are working through the case to prepare themselves and their client for the hearing on the merits of her claim.

On our interview the Judge didn't allow Home Office defend they decision. The judge just ask me to return to a new interview. The judge and Home Office have all evidences regarding sickle cell anemia and they ignore and ignore also our Lawyer eskeleton. In this case, how should be react? The judge know that from where we came form there is no hospitals to attend the refusal consultations. Can you advise us,please? To who we can write to complain about the Judge acti9ns?

These lawyers are Helping them to lie to get asylum. Make their cases sound more pitiful. Lawyers putting words in her mouth. Her story does not warrant asylum. Just tell the truth and call it a day.

@@franklynroman3838 Just ignore those junkies. I had to watch the video for the third time to see a connection to their claim "These lawyers are Helping them to lie to get asylum" but I can't find anything meaningful. They are probably high on something.
