Hi Sumantra, How much will a 2bhk including parking in DTC cost ??

@@ronit_mazumdar25 - They probably has 3 different types of 2bhk, that costs between 33-44 lacks (as far as I can remember). Parking costs around 1.25 lac. But you have to contact them to get updated price as I bought it about an year back.

I purchased one at 102...I agree to your views on the pre-assembled furniture being a potential problem....but with all the interior design variations available today, that should not be too much of an issue..I based it on a few other parameters also from my previous experiences with property in other parts of the country :-)...but as the locality is the same...can you help me with info on the water situation there?

@@raj1980c - I have no idea on water supply on that area so far. But I think as so many developments are taking place even if there are any water supply issue that will be resolved in a year or two.
