Wow I never heard someone explain the physics of paddling posture. Well said! And it’s so true, you can instantly separate the good surfers from the bad ones by checking their paddling posture lol

Great advise, you are very consistent in your approach. My stiffness and lack of mobility are starting hinder my progression, I've starting binging and bookmarking your videos. Im excited to "find those gold mines" !! At 6:28, I was getting ready to yell at my boys to "stop running upstairs" then realized My kids at adults and don't live at home anymore!
