Great content mate -- you deserve a shedload more followers. I am always surprised at the lack of this type of knowledge being shared. I have had so many injuries in my life, and the only thread that keeps me hanging on (and in the water) is breathwork and stretching. Keep up the great content 👌
this is a gold mine. thanks for the valuable tips, I’m working my way up to your elite program. btw I can stack my legs nicely one way (left on right) and not the other (right on left). what does that mean? should I be alternating the way my legs are stacked when doing this routine?
