I was in a point where I couldn't draw much recently because I lacked motivation. However, a part of your video made me realize I wasn't having that much fun in drawing anymore because I was too focused on the results and it made drawing feel like it was becoming a chore. I think I'll be focusing on enjoying drawing again for now. Thank you Dena!
I appreciate it Vish! I have the 13 inch 2019 Macbook Pro and have been using apple products for the longest time so it's something I'll always recommend.
definitely going to check them out! i would highly suggest "the design of everyday things" by don norman especially if you ever end up doing anything UX related.
hello everyone! hope you're having a lovely day. 🫂I am in need of *advice, tips, and overall insight about the beginning phases of my journey.* here's a quick backstory: for a long time, one of my greatest hobbies has been working on manipulation edits (Dena's floral portrait video is an example of what a manipulation edit is), purely for enjoying some alone time, having fun, and connecting with my friends. overtime I realized that the field of graphic design might be *the* "love what you do" type of career field for me. but I can't afford a bachelor's degree, only boot camps, educational books, and in-person and/or online courses. I know that graphic design has a lot of fields but does anyone know specifically which could be fitting to my tastes to work on banners, flyers, infographics, etc? Dena's portfolio video also showcased some of her work that I'm heavily interested in, too. additionally is it possible to pay my way as a self-taught? (assuming that I'll provide a good enough portfolio, of course) or is a degree an absolute necessity? and if anyone could give advice on where to begin or tips that beginners should know, I'd be extremely grateful. *PS* if my letter reaches anyone out there, know that I don't mind a detailed response, please! paragraphs or not, I'll read it all. thank you.
"Did ye then think that We had created you in jest, and that ye would not be brought back to Us (for account)?" The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)." The main objective of human life. Allah says, “I have not created men except that they should serve Me” (Quran, 51:56) Whoever works righteousness, man or woman, and has Faith, verily, to him will We give a new Life, a life that is good and pure and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions. Those who do wish for the (things of) the Hereafter, and strive therefor with all due striving, and have Faith,- they are the ones whose striving is acceptable (to Allah.. But the Unbelievers,- their deeds are like a mirage in sandy deserts, which the man parched with thirst mistakes for water; until when he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing: But he finds Allah (ever) with him, and Allah will pay him his account: and Allah is swift in taking account. (19) And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying to avoid (22) [It will be said], "You were certainly in unmindfulness of this, and We have removed from you your cover,[1531] so your sight, this Day, is sharp." If you're reading this, please read the quran. Indeed, We have sent down for you (O mankind) a Book, (the Quran) in which there is Dhikrukum, (your Reminder or an honour for you i.e. No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise. If We had sent down this Qur'an upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and coming apart from fear of Allah . And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will give thought. He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Your voice is very pleasantly calm and you get to the point quickly. And no important details are omitted. These books are a good idea for people who are currently considering becoming self-employed. It was the best decision for me! But not everyone is created to organize themselves. But rather try and fail as always to ask yourself what if? Go and show it to the world! And still Fighting For Your Dream!
I'd to read the book show your work in my senior profoilio class it'd helped me out so much. I so want to check out the other books and thanks for these videos they're so helpful. ❤
