I'll get it the 16th. I had to rent a Post Office Box @ $83.00 for 6 months because we have package theives at my apartment complex. Hope it was worth it. Better yet people shouldn't touch stuff that doesn't have their names on it.
Aaron I have started to recycle ♻️ my green onions. I regrow them in soil I have reused 6 onions for about 2 months. Saves money and they can be grown so easy!🌱🌿🌱🍃
My family and I have been living off your recipes for the last month! They are so good and nice variations. I have yet to hear "not again"! Absolutely love it!
Claire has to be the luckiest food taster, Aaron's food always looks on point and well made. Thank you for another great video, I'll be making rice bowls for the kids this weekend with lots of green onions.
I need to make those marinated eggs sometime. They look mouthwateringly delicious! Also, I love how Claire's shirt says "Ordinary Routine." Claire is anything but ordinary... she's the greatest taste tester and critic in the world!
For the marinated eggs: Instead of turning them halfway through, just put some paper towels over them. They'll soak up some marinade, and the eggs will absorb it from the paper (effectively submerging them entirely), so you'll still get even colouring, but without the extra work!
Watching Claire eat these with so much delight makes me feel happy. These are so simple to make! Never tried the last one before, going to try it soon 😊
Not only great recipes as always, and great narration/conversation, but great background music as well! Many thanks for doing your videos and sharing them😊
Recently I've been making Korean egg rice for my breakfast and I love it, but I obviously didn't try the secret ingredient -- mixing everything up together! That looked so delicious. No wonder it's Claire's favourite! Thank you for the great channel.
I love the both of you! But I’m inclined to believe that Claire is just like me especially with just giving her one egg and more sauce. I’m cheering for you guys!
Since I started following this channel I've lost a lot of weight and went down 10 pant sizes. I make the recipes from this channel almost daily and I love it so much. Thank you for changing my life 🥰 I never knew how to cook before.
@Aaron. Thinking about the curing marinade for the eggs: can the reserve marinade be used a second or more times for an ever smaller batch of curing again? I can't think of anything that would have spoiled overnight or otherwise made the marinade any less potent for curing after the initial batch. Regards and best of luck on a successful book launch.
Eggs & rice have been a favorite of mine for years now. I love that first, simple version, I just drizzle it with sesame oil & I'm good to go - no soy sauce needed. I definitely want to try that 2nd dish for a change pace.
Pro-Tip: Put/Push a Paper Towel over the Boiled Eggs to soak into the Bowl with the Marinade, for the Overnight Method. So No need to Turn the Eggs Over. 😌🥚👍
I love new things for breakfast because I turn it into an all day affair! Breakfast for dinner....I made Korean Marinated Egg bowls last year for the first time.....(when I lived in Korea..it was just simpler to get this dish down in Dongdaemun, or go to Meyongdong, or Namdaemun. HEART SIGN! I miss Korea! Thank you Aaron & Claire! Have a great week!
Yum! May I offer a suggestion on marinating the eggs? Rather than turning them halfway through, just cover them with a paper towel, which you push down so it soaks up the marinade. Then the eggs are fully immersed for the whole time. Love from Ann Arbor!
Yummy! I remember my dad who's Blackfeet use to make rice and eggs for breakfast, I loved it. I made it for my boy once and he loved it now he's waiting for me to make it again. We are on the Flathead reservation in Montana, USA.
I made the middle one for breakfast last Saturday and it was delicious. I’ve tried the simple version too and that’s yummy too, but I agree with Claire 2 eggs is best. She is the best taste tester.
Came back since I wanted to make a quick dinner. Made the second rice bowl. It was delicious! Really is fast. Had everything prepared before the rice cooker finished.
I few months ago when I first saw your egg and rice breakfast bowl, I tried it. Now I can't imagine my life without it. It is incredible to eat any time of the day. Thank you!
Thank you so much for these recipes! I was wondering what to have for dinner & I always keep green onions, eggs, & ground beef (in the freezer) on hand!
I just made the beef and egg breakfast and it is so delicious. OMG. Thank you so much. I like your recipes because it so easy simple and delicious. Will keep watching.
Ooh, #3 (which sounds AMAZING) would be pretty easy to pack in the morning for a work desk breakfast, for those of us who don't enjoy eating too early in the morning.
The 2nd one is yummy as lunch box as well. I often made tori (chicken) soboro. This is also known as “sanshoku don” cause there is three toppings on top 👍 the trick for the eggs on this is to hold multiple cooking chopsticks at once and keep stirring the eggs with all the chopsticks until cooked. This creates more fine texture like the soboro.
I love rice and eggs these recipes look good I am definitely going to try them thank you so much for your recipes you and Claire are awesome I love watching your Channel keep up the good work
They all look real good. Haven't had rice and egg in a long while. Going to have to try one of these dish. The eggs in soy look sooo yummy 🤤😋👏 thank Aaron.
thanks for this video, I'm just getting into asian cooking and love these simple videos I can follow :) I hope I can find some kimchi, I've never tried it before
Hi Aaron and Claire, I love Korean food and so many of my favorite recipes come from this amazing channel!! I'm going to Seoul for the first time at the start of June and I'm very excited for the food! Are there any street food markets or restaurants you'd recommend?
I just made the 1-minute version for breakfast, I made it with a half tsp oyster sauce and a half tsp soy sauce..sadly, I don't have veggies at home but it tasted really good anyway!
Aaron, everything looks soooooooo delish but I can’t use soy sauce because of the sodium, what do you recommend to substitute the soy sauce? I’d love to make those soy sauce eggs.
