- Ingredients : 2 Whole grain bread, 4 Smoked salmon, 1 Avocado, Red onion pickles, 1/4 Lemon, 2 Eggs, Arugula, Salt, pepper, Parsley, Crushed red pepper, Olive oil
- Poached eggs : 2 Eggs, 1L Water, 3tbsp Vinegar, 1tbsp Salt
1. Cut the bread into appropriate sizes and bake in a pan until golden brown.
2. Boil water, vinegar, and salt in a pot, then add the egg and stir in one direction for 2 to 3 minutes to make poached eggs. Then strain the water out of the egg with a strainer.
3. Cut the avocado in half, then remove off the seeds and skin and slice into 0.5cm thick slices. And cut the lemon into wedges.
4. Place the bread on a plate and sprinkle with olive oil. Then place the avocado and salmon on top.
5. Then place the eggs on top and garnish with the red onion pickles and rucola on one side and sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and parsley powder to finish.
6. Squeeze lemon juice on top and enjoy!

- Ingredients : 120g Plain flour, 140g Butter, 100g Brown sugar, 2 Eggs, 50g Walnut, 4g Baking powder
1. Put butter in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Add black sugar gently in 2-3 turns and mix well with a whisk.
3. When the sugar melts, add one egg and mix well.
4. Sieve the all-purpose flour and baking powder and mix.
5. Add the diced walnuts into the dough.
6. Spread butter inside the pound cake mold and fill 80 percent of the dough in.
7. Put it in the microwave and select automatic cooking 1-1.
☞ [Chai Milk Tea Recipe]
- Ingredients : 20g Chai leaves, 60g Water, 250ml Milk, Honey
1. Add the chai tea and water into the mug and microwave it for 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Add milk and press the start and +30 seconds button.
3. Strain the tea with a strainer and pour it into a mug.
4. Add honey to taste and enjoy!
