[#3] Burnout Revenge - All Cars List PS2 Gameplay UHD (PCSX2) 

The fact that they put, F1, Indycar and Nascar to race on the streets and crash them was just insane.

One of the best Burnout games I have ever played,also comes with a great variety of cars.

To me the best burnout game, and one of the best games I've ever played, deserve a remaster.

*Car List Critique & Design Review:* Burnout Revenge (or Burnout 4: Rush Hour as Criterion wanted to call it) features a totally evolved car list from previous Burnout games. Gone is the generic approach to design, there's a real design student on board, Lee Walton. Lee Walton was previously appointed at Razorworks for the modeling in Ford Racing 2 and 3, and what he came up with in Revenge are some of the most memorable and original designs ever seen in a driving game. The names are hard to remember, but the M-Types can be distinguished as FR cars designed for Road Rages and the R-Types (usually with a number denoting the top speed) as MR cars designed for racing, and ST is the stock variant, DX is the mid-level upgrade, and GT is the top-level upgrade. The C-Type cars are for Crash mode only, obviously. Also, the adjectives used for the non-Crash cars don't really make sense. During development of Rush Hour, Criterion wanted to implement a car acquisition feature, but it was scrapped in favor of just unlocking by events. Without further ado, let's rate every individual vehicle. Stock C-Type: An early 70s American muscle car with an oddly European sports car rear end. It's okay at best. Factory M-Type: A mid-2000s American sports car inspired by the Shelby GR-1, albeit with enough design features to differentiate it. The fenders slightly rise above the wheels, which gives it a muscular look. A very beautiful car. Factory R-Type: A mid-2000s American supercar that looks like a Factory Five kit car. Despite being a mid-engined car, it evokes a powerful feel up front, like the rear explodes up to the front. The back of the greenhouse is split by a beautiful hip line, which makes it all the more attractive. The DX and GT versions feature a longer rear end, which looks better in my opinion. Modified M-Type: A mid-2000s American personal luxury/GT car with the decade's characteristic retro wave. It has a few similarities to the Chrysler 300C in that it has very pronounced fenders and angular rear and front. Beyond the 300C, there appears to have been some 70s American personal luxury cars thrown in as well, as one can see in the bumper guards. It's a mean-looking gangsta type of car, and I like that. Modified R-Type: An early 2000s European supercar. I don't like this as much as the previous cars, but this car's design gets better with the DX and GT variants. All cars have sharp side and shoulder lines, which make it look mean, but the ST's design is weighed down by its rounded bumpers, which the Factory M-Type has executed much better. Also, I can see a lot of Opel Speedster elements. SUV C-Type: A 90s/00s American off-roader. It recalls the 4WD Heavy Duty from Burnout 3, but while it looks mean and utilizes identically shaped front and rear sides, the Burnout 3 counterpart looks much better. This one could've been done better. Utility C-Type: This is a mix between a 90s/00s European and American panel van, and because it's just a van, it does not deserve any design compliments like the sports cars here. It's cool that they brought it back as a traffic car in Paradise, though. Custom M-Type: Another mid-2000s American sports car. It looks quite racy with the vents on the hood and the doors, the big ducktail spoiler, and its stripes. A simple yet very cool and mean car. Works M-Type: A mid-2000s German sports coupe. Slanted front end, accentuated shoulder lines, and BMW-inspired trunk lid make this one quite a looker. Custom R-Type: An early/mid-2000s German sports car. I get some Porsche vibes from this, but with a whole lot of standout features. The "pushed-in" doors kind of ruin the design flow for me, and probably ruins aerodynamics. Works R-Type: A 90s/00s Italian supercar. The wedge shape and cab-forward design is very reminiscent of Lamborghini, but unlike 2000s Lamborghinis, this car makes use of so many curves. It's very beautiful. Compact C-Type: An early 2000s French sports hatch. It looks pretty juvenile compared to the sports coupes, but the shoulder lines and mid-engine conversion are enough to make it look mean. It's basically a Renault 5 Turbo with 2000s roundedness comparable to that of the early BMW Mini Coopers. Prototype M-Series: The one car with an odd "M-Type" moniker, this is an early/mid-2000s German sports coupe. While it has a powerful wedge shape, the proportions are rather wonky on this one. It appears to have taken inspiration from the early 90s BMW 8 Series, but the real BMW looks much better and this car appears to be designed with FWD proportions, since the front wheels are close to the A-pillar. Limited M-Type: An early 2000s Japanese sports coupe. The car's muscularity is emphasized by the lips and the fender flares. What also emphasizes it is the shoulder lines, which are accentuated by the rounded rear windshield. I like the Nissan Skyline-inspired taillight cluster and spider-eyed headlights. Prototype R-Series: An early 2000s European supercar. It makes use of a lot of half-circles, and the doors are a bit of an acquired taste. Other than that, it looks planted. Limited R-Type: A mid-2000s European supercar. This one bears a similar big fenders = muscular looks theme to some of the other cars here. There are a lot of simple straight lines, which may remind you of a Lamborghini Gallardo, but this car looks more original compared to that. Other quirks include the two-piece glass roof and the aluminum strip that divides the engine bay and the cabin. Saloon C-Type: An early/mid-2000s German sedan (saloon is the British word, so this car's name is an example of Criterion's Briticisms slipping through) and a simple design. It's very reminiscent of the Audi A4 B6 and Skoda Octavia and makes use of pronounced fender flares similar to the Limited M-Type, making it look sporty and mean for just a sedan. Off-Road C-Type: A 90s/00s American off-road pickup truck. It looks mean with its angular fenders and off-road modifications, but like with the SUV C-Type, I prefer its Burnout 3 counterpart, the 4WD Racer.

It's still one of my favorite Burnout that I ever played! The cars, soundtrack, events, and crashes. Happy 20th anniversary, Burnout Revenge!

Freaking nostalgic man... Revenge is still one of my favorite burnout game in the franchise cuz it has cool and unique mechanics... sadly my ps2 broke and never got the chance to unlock all the endgame cars...

Terms of car list, BURNOUT REVENGE and Paradise are so much ahead of everything else even to Gran Turismo 7. All 90 cars in Burnout Revenge are completely different. My favoutite car in revenge undoubtedly is Logitech World Racer F1 Car.
