You could do something around saunas? Like taking a sauna every day for a week, month, etc. Or try cold therapy vs heat therapy after a workout, which is more beneficial?

Here are some video suggestions for you: only plyometrics workouts exercises in cold environment vs hot environment intensily stretch after a workout (Ive heard it could boost muscle growth) contract and extend your muscles quickly. Its like plyometrics + flexing ( example: quickly extend and contract your arm, so your biceps and triceps) You stretch half of your body every single day, and the other half you don't. So half tight, half flexible muscles
That replacement part for the MAC computer looks like a replacement PowerSupply... the extra "bumbs" look like extra capacitors which electronics often have a few extra as a back up in case any fail ...also probably bypasses Apple patent by having them to make it different to the OEM part

When you spill water onto something electronic and it pops then shuts off you definitely shorted it so drying out wont just fix the issue lol Glad you were able to fix it though!
So I stumbled on your channel. I bought Mike M book and a training book to involve more or different types of lifting exercises. I do 50% of exercises with regular and negative lowering. So mind to muscle during lifts then slowly lowering. Every set I superset . I do primary muscle then finish with secondary. Chest and triceps same day idea. Maximize gym days by maximizing effort. Supplements for testosterone and multivitamins, protein shakes, fish oil , 4-600 calorie meals spicy. Last time I did this I lost 100 lbs in 6 months and could do 30 chin ups.

I would be interested in you doing a more long term test, maybe 6 months to a year, with 2 accounts. One account where you buy and hold the S&P 500 (or maybe any stock in the top 10 of that index) and the other account you do trading; see which one makes more money.
