I've been doing very extreme voice deepening exercises since I was 8 cause I was mad insecure, my natural sounds like an anime girl not even kidding it SUCKS. It never changed, over 15 years of daily training with no breaks. All it teaches you is to temporarily switch your pitch/ So in 30 minutes I can prepare to fake the deep voice for the next 8 hours, but next day it's back to the start. I've switched up the tecnique often, tried every method out there, and I can 100% confirm that it's impossible to change your natural voice without surgery. It's pseudoscience. With that said, it's not too much trouble to practice 15-30 minutes every day as part of morning routine. Here are the best exercises for doing it quickly and save time (some of these are dangerous, just a heads up: 1) Trying to get yourself to choke without touching your mouth or anything, start by yawning, then choking manually, then coughing hands-off. I stop when I'm almost throwing up (you have to feel fully in control though, not actually choking uncontrollably), next step is gargling water, then letting it choke you for a moment, and immediately exhale the water out, to test your control even more. I usually choke the first time, then do the rest of exercises and then test again. You can't let yourself choke more that 2 times cause that just dries up your voice for hours. 2 ) Training your core. Deeper voice needs to be supported from your lower torso. Testosterone thing is pseudoscience, it's just the strength of your core that matters, so focus on that during all other exercises. 3) Sing a precise low pitch, like a song. You have to imagine which pitch exactly you're trying to do, then execute it. And go lower than you think you can go. Then, sing the exact same pitch but not blowing air out of the mouth, sing inwards. What usually happens is, inwards is gonna be like an octave deeper at first. Try to line them up, the outwards and the inwards SAME pitch, so you can glide from one into the other seamlessly. I usually start off with something similar to "King Kong" in the video, I sing "Do-pa" maintaining perfect pitch. It takes 10 minutes of that. I can't seamlessly do the inwards-outwards transition until my core is rock solid and the voice muscles are as elastic as possible. 4) And some extra tips: You don't necessarily need to feel relaxed, but during the exercises themselves you need to always be focused and feel in control, which does mean you can't afford to be tense, with some of them I often made myself pass ou cause I was to tense and trying to rush it, so the safest way to do it is while taking a cold shower, you immediately wake up. 5) On doing this daily: It's always a gamble, some days are better than others. If you need to max your odds of success on a specific day, go easy on the exercises 1-2 days (in a row) before. The next day it kinda feels like a fresh start so you focus better. It's like with any other workout.
He become a Quadrofobicer. (Or a Therian but being a therian is more than just walk on all fors) But i am a Therian and quadrobist so this is my Hobby.
Buddy. Lower that bench on the incline. Your hitting more delt thsn chest. And lower all your weight on everything. Form needs help. Your hands are way to close on the incline bench too. You need a trainer. The 135 is great. Hypertrophy works great at 65% of max weight.
You’re missing the shot. I don’t know why people insist on trying the same workouts as Mark or Arnold when not juicing. If you’re not going to juice, they don’t follow somebody that’s juicing.
Please see the hilarious astrophysicist explain how silly “alkali water (with lemon)” is. Something something script, but playing with acids and bases without acknowledging that’s what you’re doing seems roundabout.
As Iraqi who struggle to launder my money Finally a video give me some practical tutorial thanks brother (I SWEAR I'm just joking youtube don't delete my comment)
I know he’s a expert I’m pretty shure that he knows hand movements I am a therian and I walk on fours I curl my fingers when I’m walking and it’s pretty weird seeing people not curling their fingers
I love the trap bar for shrugs as it forces me to use the correct posture and deadlifts of course. Really starting to crave blueberries in bear mode these days lol
The idea is cool itself. The approach sucks. Anyone understands there're gonna be consequences of a long-going exercise. It was just a matter of time before getting injuries. Therefore consider making a rerun of the challenge and bring some scientific and medical workarounds: every now and then do a handstand releasing pressure from your legs. After that jump on a bar and hang there to stretch your back. Those should do the trick. This good piece of advice is worth of going for a TWO WEEKS attempt.
