I teach da first sequence wit da purpose of attacking not retreating...so instead of a pound retreat dribble at da end of da cross..i would tell my daughter or whoever im training at da moment to tween cross hesi go...or jus a tween hard cross go
@@RebelRebel-rz6cd That’s dope! Of course that’s the main focus getting past the defender. It’s great to have different options as well. This is just a drill giving one of many of options.
