Trust me, I've been watching these guys for years. They're best of friends. The beginning intro they just like to get thru quickly because it's the same every time. Often times they even make jokes during that part. But, no, they're not in any way mad at each other. Keep watching. They're very knowledgeable and will quickly address questions you might have.
The ball is great, even just sitting on it doing pelvic tilts eases my back pain if it's in a particularly bad spasm, probably one of the best pieces of exercise equipment ever made. xx
Hi Bob and Brad, Big fan of your videos and I appreciate the information you give to all of us. I’ve been diagnosed with a bulging disc at L4-L5 with bone spurs and have tried everything. Looking to have surgery next month. After my MRI, I got a copy of the report and it said I have a Lumbosacral Transitional Vertebrae with partial sacralization. The term I found on google was also called Bertolotti’s syndrome. How can someone tell if this is the reason they are feeling pain in the lower back? Is there anything that can be done about this birth defect? I look forward to your expertise on this subject. Thanks again for all that you do.
Like your channel and helpful tips, but just an observation....maybe cut down the videos to like 5-7 minutes. I find the elongated intro and extended conversation takes away from the content.
Can I do these for compression fracture support once my pain has gone ? I have 2 old ones in my neck, T7, Now another New one below that ! Arthritis setting in grrr. Past athlete, hoping to get in gear again in early 60's. Not overweight, but sedentary muscle wasting fm illness.
Many of the conditions you address caution that might stay away from. I have sciatica, spondylitis, mild scoliosis, herniated discs, some fusions. Get the picture😁. Is it okay to just try some of your suggestions and just stay away from those that cause pain? I have tried some thinking that they don't really hurt at the time but I find out the next day that they actually did. Maybe just going very slowly and work my way up? Thanks guys.
Hi Bon & Brad. At 7:10 now I'm weak trying to get stronger. But my question is I can do that with spondylolisthesis? You might be different @Brad since you have been doing martial arts for years. Let me know. Thanks!
