For your work on clay, i highly recommand the work of Athos outdoor prospector. In his previous Shelters he used ball of clay to make roofs. Can't wait to see where you heading with your house !

The thing with clay is, it's hard to work with. Adding water and pounding it a lot is required to get all air bubbles out. Then put it into the oven to kiln it. What's the temperature outside there?

The method you used to makevthevbowl is called the slab method. You could alsorollnout long "snakes" and curl them around then smooth the sides. You are very talented and l love watching what you come up with next
Awesome episode. Yeah definitely kiln fire those tiles. I would suggest if I can be so bold to make sure you add a binding agent to your clay to prevent cracking. Sift very fine ash from your fire and cut up your straw grass into 6”-8” pieces and mix in. That way when you do fire it it will be even stronger and less prone to crack. @Age of The North Good idea to make tiles for the roof. 2 things I've learned from 45+ years of bushcraft. Take a small mat or poncho to lay on the ground and do any wood cutting over it, it will collect the shavings which can be used as kindling for the start of your next fire. Also, whatever amount of firewood you think you need for night's fire triple it. Dry wood can burn up quicker than you think, and if there is any extra left over it can be stored away for the next visit to the campsite. 👍

@@user-wj5td4xt8t Укрытия тоже надо уметь строить и все планы обрабатывать от и до когда все сделаешь как надо у тебя будет все гут и хата не с горит но за этим делом нужно тоже всегда смотреть в оба глаза что бы не было пожара техника безопасности там тоже должна быть на первом месте
