nice video. Mym former MIA neighbors are from Baracoa and they have always told me to visit this area it is one of the best parts of Cuba along with Banes. Thanks for the video.
The real Cuba stop existing in 1959 when Castro took over all progress in the island stopped now people are hungry, without medicine and most important real freedom!!!!! Baracoa in your case was a beautiful part of the Island, many many years ago.
Hello I am your new subscriber from India, I really liked your this video as I really love to see Cuba a beautiful country., Thanks for this superb video and showing this unexplored areas of Cuba, thanks very much and looking forward more videos like this
I loved your video. I was once in Baracoa in 2003 for about 4 days, arriving via Viazul. I didn't see the things that you videoed. It was great to see more, but I see that the roads haven't improved! Keep up the good work! (P.S. I'm also Canadian.)
Enjoyed this video of Barocoa. I have been to Havana and some other small cities inland. I would love to explore the coast area. I think you should date the video. Yes, things do change in Cuba, so that is important. I will be back in January in LaHavana for the jazz festival
We just got through watching your video on Baracoa, Cuba and was really surprised when the ring was found. From what we could make out in the video it looks just like the ring we lost in the ocean in Ceiba, Puerto Rico back in June 2007. That would be pretty wild if that’s it!
Saludos desde Miami ! Baracoa is my hometown, I visit my Baracoa since 2021,,is was a beautyful town, but the comunist regimen have destroyed the whole Cuba, everything is abandoned , use to be a nice country, but now has stop 100 year back to horses and wagons ! 🙏👍😁🇨🇺🇺🇸🎻🎻❤️😸🛫✈️🛩🎼🎸🎧😩😩
Fabulous vlog!! Thanks for taking us to Baracoa... never been to that part of Cuba...amazing views!!! Another bureaucratic mess with the money...what a turn off, eh? Take care 🥰🇨🇦
Thank you for watching! When I said complicated, I did not mean going to the city center per say but simply paying for the food was a hassle. My husband is Cuban and so we carried around Cuban pesos, as we always did, but since I'm Canadian, they would give us a menu in USD or Euro prices. We were allowed to pay in pesos but then they calculate a conversion which often ended up being quite expensive. Things have changed a lot in Cuba since the pandemic. I hope this answers your question.
