For those who didn't understand the ingredients and process. 1. Garlic sauce Add 6 gloves of garlic -- grind Add: 1 1/2 TS of lemon juice and salt as per taste and one egg white -- grind Add: half cup of sunflower oil -- grind 2. Green dip Take a bunch of coriander leaves with one fourth of mint leaves. 4 green chillies without seeds. A small piece of ginger with 3 garlic gloves.1 1/2 TS lemon juice. A pinch of salt and sugar. Add everything and grind. Take half cup of curd -- grind for 1 or 2 pulse 3. Chilli garlic mayonnaise Add: one egg, 1 glove of garlic, 1 TS of vinegar, chilli flakes -- grind finely Add: half cup of oil with a pinch of salt and sugar - grind for two to three minutes.

Thankuu for the recipe, especially the green dip. Nattile alfaham nte koode kittunna green dip njn kure thappiyanu kittiyath and it came out really good. Chilli flake ozhivakkiyal nattile mayonnaise flavour same pole kittum #just for people trying to make it work as it is in kerala. I hv mentioned this video in an another video of an Alfaham cooking. For all those who are finding it difficult to understand....🙂 GARLIC SAUCE / GARLIC PASTE : Garlic - 6 cloves Salt - as needed (1/2 tsp) Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tbsp Egg white -1 Sunflower oil - 1/2 cup (125 ml) + 2tbsp Crush Garlic. Add lemon juice , egg white and salt. Grind it finely. Then add oil and grind it for 2 to 3 minutes. GREEN DIP : Corriander leaves - 1 handful Mint leaves - 1/4 th of corriander leaves Garlic - 2 or 3 cloves Green chilly - 2 or 3 ( seeds removed) Ginger - a small piece Yoghurt - 3 or 4 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tsp Salt - as needed Sugar - 2 pinch Grind everything except yoghurt into paste. Then add yoghurt. Grind for 2 to 3 pulse. Don't blend for too long. CHILLI GARLIC MAYONNAISE : Egg - 1 Garlic - 1 clove Vinegar - 1 tbsp Chilli flakes -1/2 tsp Sunflower oil - 1/2 cup Salt - as needed Sugar - 2 pinch Add egg , garlic , vinegar and chilli flakes. Grind it finely. Add oil , salt and sugar. Grind it for 2 to 3 minutes in high speed.

Yes dear.. u can store this in a dry air tight container in refrigerator.. mayonnaise can be stored up to 3 or 4 days .. & garlic sauce too not more than 1 week.. it’s better to use the green dip with in one day.. take care to make this in a dry mixer..
