In this video you will find Albaik Garlic Sauce which is great combination with albaik chciken broast. This Garlic Sauce is very easy to make and it is adopted from Lebanese Cuisine. Middle Mediterranean is home for "Thoum" which is a traditional garlic sauce made in middle eastern cuisine.
Written Ingredients:
Corn Starch 1/3cup
Water 1cup
After making mixture we will use 70gms of starch
Milk 3/4cup
Lemon Juice 2tbs
Salt 1/2tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Oil 1cup

I have tried nd the recipe is 100% .thanks aloot for sharing this recipe.. I was in search of it from a very long time. But if any one want 100% taste as albaik sauce thn u have to increase the amount of garlic Nd salt.

After a lot of hesitation, I finally gave this recipe a try. It's been three years since I left KSA and I have been struggling to find that authentic albaik taste. I'm so glad I did. It is 100% like that. I can't thank you enough. It took me back the memory lane and now, alhamdulillah, I can have the sauce wherever I live. JazakAllah brother.

@@msxlik the sauce that I made that day is still looking and tasting good. I kept it in a clean and dry jar of glass and use a dry spoon everytime to scoop some out. I will update if it goes rancid before running out.

I made it. It's very, very accurate. And I have had Al Baik. Just add more garlic. I added 4 cloves of garlic. Make sure not to use all mixture of cornstarch you made. I eye balled and added half of total mix I made.

@@mohammednoumaan4409 I added 1.5 tablespoon of corn flour and mixed it in 1 cup water. I cooked well for 7-8mins on low flame until the mixture got thick. Then let the mixture get cool and solid. I added the whole amount I made.

Wow fabulous recipe! I made my shortcut version by blending readymade mayonnaise with garlic infused oil (cooked out some garlic paste in hot oil, filter out the garlic) It tasted good n was fast n easy to make, I need to try this too!

Tried this yesterday night. Added some more salt. The lemon juice fell short so added vinegar. It tasted the exact same. Couldn't measure 70 gms of cornstarch so made an estimate. The garlic pods were small so I added 4 of them. But it tasted exact same like al baik's garlic sauce.
