Thats great! Start slow. Incorporate one oil for about 5 days and then add the other in.

very helpful! i use doterra but dont have frank...yet! will add to my lpr. lavender with fractionated coconut oil in a roller ball is fantastic for bug bites!!!

Good information to know about oils! Using or started with Hair growth useage of oils for my hair! Some drs do recommend home products! People are tired of false advertising useage of creams or oil that only wastes people’s time and money! The economy is not great ordinarily people that still wants to care of their skin or hair and overall beauty products! So Thank you for your time and information on oil products!

I noticed most people say that Lavender and Tee Tree oils are used in almost all skin care but never say anything about Frankincense Oil. Can you put that in any of the products used on the face?

There are more and more amazing essential oil companies that provide "pure' oils, and sometimes organic. Doterra and Young Living used to dominate the market but that is no longer the case. Aromatics International, is one of my favorites but there are so many now. Of course, they are direct selling companies and the price is so much more affordable. It is really outdated to push any one company as the "best, and purest" etc. Thank you for this video,....I love frankincense.

Would you advise to blend a drop of each oil Frankincense,lavender and tree oil together or use desperately?

Hi! Not all at once. Unless you are using it for after sun care. If not, then start with Frankincense for 5 days, then Lavender for 5 days and only use Melaleuca as needed. Hppe this helps

Thank you for this amazing info! I’m new to doTerra and what I’m doing for skin is mixing 3-4dr Coconut oil with 1Lemon(at night)+1 Tea trea+1Lavander, not mixing it into any moisturizer, that comes separately as final layer. Am I doing it right? Thank you

Hi there, be careful with lemon in warner months because under sun exposure you may get a sun burn.

I use a spf 110 also vitamin c serum together with Loreal Revitalift day and night cream

It can certainly be. That's a pretty strong spf which should really help keep the pigmentation down. I dont use the Revitalift, but some ingredients in there may be triggering it.

I heard that frankinsence works for skin tags along with skin spots ect...Well, I have a skin tag on my eye lid! I guess it's caused from a drooping eyelid. I have been using it on this skin tag and it is almost gone!!!

Thats ok just wanted to make sure which one... i alter them for the face. Frankincense is part of my a.m. routine every single day without fail. The other 2 I alternate and it also depends on what you're looking to target. These are things I teach my clients that order through me. Do you have doterra oils already?

Ok... i would alternate the lavender and tea tree oil ... separate them every week to see how you like the results and narrow it down to every few days switching them for optimal results 🙂

Hi, make sure they are free of synthetics. There are some to avoid during pregnancy like clary sage and geranium. Always reach out to the person that helped her get started using oils. They will give her some guidance. 😊

I have a hard time with the king of oils. I friend had cancer and health problems when was younger. Because of it. She changed her life style.. he had healthy salads shakes with vitamins went walking. I guess it didn't work for her so I kind of feel different.
