It annoys the heck out of me when they say no sugar and don't mention the artificial sugars and alcohols: dextrose, sucralose,fructose, erithrytol. I get so excited like finally something safe only to be dissapointed after reading ingredient labels.
Where does it say that? Which flavor? I looked at 3 flavors and only have stevia and natural fruit extracts which are negligible in sugars. READ YOUR LABELS BEFORE BUYING OR REJECTING ANYTHING. Even dairy and vegetables can contain sugars be reasonable per serving.

BTW it's Fort Knox and I have opposite reaction so mine is like Niagara Falls lol Add chia to a salad to balance the effect add cruciferous veg like cabbage, broccoli or shredded carrots and drink more. Chia is very healthy and filling which helps for weight loss or fasting.

Don't drink it then add to salad dressings, mix with apricot or orange marmalade for glaze on tofu or meat great on lentils, soups in sandwich dressing. I love it plain but, maybe mix with pickle juice, carrot or beet juice, or a natural sweetener like maple syrup or honey so sweet and sour it's yummy.

Have you ever tried to use Wolk supplements pro potassium chloride it's sweet and so I use it as a sweetener and it is so good but grows quiet self too sweet

Can't drink the sparkling water🤮. I drink apple cider vinegar with plain water.I add flax seeds, chia or hemp seeds when I'm juicing or in my shakes & smoothies. I don't like artificial sweeteners.
