Thanks! No, it shouldn’t happen! But it depends in what way they hurt. Try to wear some kneepads at first, if they still hurt probably the position is not correct. Try to break down the movements finding positions that don’t hurt your knees :)
I really like your recent tutorials like this one. You explain and show the moves really well, it's easy to follow along. I also like that you show so many different kinds of moves. :D Can you maybe make a video in the future where you talk about how you practice? Like, what exactly you practice, how long and whether you write down a plan for yourself or just practice what you feel like praciticing that day. I think that would be really interesting and helpful. Thanks. :)
